The high-pressure common rail injector test-bed adopts Bosch common rail oil pump to provide high-pressure source. The equipment has built-in standard data of more than 3000 kinds of common rail injectors, which can detect European III, IV and V and CN VI standard electric injector. The equipment has high-pressure cleaning function, and uses high-precision sensors to automatically detect full load, idle speed The fuel injection quantity and return quantity under various working conditions such as pre injection, and the tightness of the fuel injector can be checked. It is an ideal equipment for testing the performance of diesel common rail fuel injector.

Main functions:

1. The common rail oil pump driven by frequency converter generates a pressure of 230MPa

2. Automatic closed-loop control of rail pressure with display accuracy of 0.1MPa

3. The common rail injector standard database is equipped with the control waveform data of each type of injector and outputs the standard control waveform signal to the injector

4. It can detect high-pressure common rail injectors of Bosch, electric equipment, Delphi, Siemens and other brands.

5. The fuel injection quantity and return quantity are automatically measured and displayed on the screen

6. Test data report can be generated, stored and printed (optional)

7. Start oil quantity detection.

8. Detect the opening pressure of common rail injector

9. Check the tightness of common rail injector

10. Check the idling condition of common rail injector

11. Check the full load condition of common rail injector

12. Check the starting condition of common rail injector
