2. Main Components:
ABS control unit, diagnostic seat, ignition switch, brake master pump, brake sub-pump, brake disc, brake pad, wheel speed sensor, drive motor, drive belt, simulation mechanism, brake pedal, oil pressure gauge, mobile stand, circuit schematic panel, etc.
3. Functional Features:
1). Based on the real automobile ABS braking system, the composition and structure of ABS braking system are completely displayed.
2). The front and rear axles are driven by the three-phase asynchronous motor to simulate automobile driving. When the brake pedal is pressed down in an emergency, the ABS system starts to work. The front and back brake discs keep a little rotation, and the brake pedal can feel constantly bouncing, which demonstrates the working process of the ABS system.
3). There are detection terminals installed on the panel of the training platform, which can directly detect the electrical signals of the pins of each sensor and control unit, such as resistance, voltage, current and frequency signals, etc.
4). The training platform is equipped with pressure gauge, which can display the hydraulic changes of the main brake pump and four brake sub-pumps in real time.
5). A fault indicator light and a diagnostic seat are installed on the panel of the training platform, which can be connected to a special or general automotive decoder to perform self-diagnosis functions such as ECU code query, fault code reading, fault code clearing, data flow reading, component testing, parameter setting, waveform analysis and so on for the ABS electronic control system.
