Ii. System Functions:
1. The LS400 automobile front bridge is adopted as the foundation of this training platform, which fully demonstrates the composition and working process of the electronically controlled power steering system and the front bridge suspension system.
Arrange the front axle assembly, steering engine assembly, directional column assembly, steering wheel and other components reasonably, so that students can understand the structure and working principle of the electronic hydraulic power steering system.
2. LS400 electronic control suspension system is selected. Suspension control functions: anti-roll control, anti-" point "head control, anti-undercarriage control, high speed control, bad road control, and height controller connection control;
3. Self-diagnosis demonstration of electronic air suspension system, input model inspection, fault warning, fault code display, fault code clearance, etc.;
4. It can complete all the practical training and experiments of electronic power steering, set the dial, display the steering Angle, detect and adjust the positioning of the front wheel, reflect the adjustment and function of the three elements of the positioning of the front wheel, and demonstrate the working condition of the front suspension system.
5. Engraving schematic diagram of metal aluminum panel, leading terminals for easy measurement and analysis;
6. Display function: The control panel is equipped with a digital display meter (which can display the operating parameters of each sensor and actuator), a pointer pressure gauge, and an LED indicator light (which can indicate the working status of each actuator).
7. Diagnosis function: Equipped with OBD2 diagnosis port, fault code can be read;
Fault simulation system, easy for students to test;
